I want to talk to you about an agent you have there named Chris Cervantez.
I am a manager @ the Lexus auto dealership in Las Vegas, NV. I began asking about properties last Nov. & then came down in person a few weeks ago & met him in person. He already found me 4-5 properties; of which I will be renting one. Then within 1 year afterwards I will be utilizing Chris to sell me one as well. This guy Chris is what agents should all be like; tenacious, yet professional & incredibly efficient.

He is so knowledgeable and pays crazy attention to detail. I trusted him implicitly. He's friendly and personable, yet still very professional. I enjoyed the time I spent with him, riding around town in this competitive market. He steered me to my dream home and guided and advised me through the entire process, including recommendations for repairs and updates. I will miss working with him but continue to recommend him to others.
This is my second experience with Chris.
He is the best and very thorough, answers questions in a timely manner and just a plain nice guy. I look forward to having another realtor experience with him.
Chris really helped me understand the whole real estate selling and buying process, and he kept on top of everything throughout the whole process so that I didn't have to remember too much.

Chris gave us suggestions on how to price our home aggressively and stage our house and prepare it to be sold.
Without his help, in the current real estate market, I don't think we could have sold our house in less than 60 days. When we found our new home, he helped us through every step. He reminded us of things we never would have thought of. He even sent me an email with all the links to the utility companies in our new area. I do and will continue to refer everyone I know to Chris. If I'm ever in the market to buy/sell again, he'll be the first person I call!!

I loved the daily email updates showing what had just come on the market so I could see quickly the new listings and make appointments to see them. You always made time for me and helped make my two moves as easy as possible.
I choose Chris Cervantez to sell my rental property because I saw a sign on another in Plum Creek, Kyle TX.
I found him to be very knowledgeable on the price point with the properties in that area. I also had a tenant living in the rental, at the time, which he accommodated on showing times. He worked hard to sell it and kept me informed the whole way, till it sold. I never had to call to get updates and never was in the dark. Glad I saw his sign.
